The JKSRTC announces special discount on all existing
fares during Winter season for different class of services
operated from Jammu to Srinagar only (uni-directional) with
effect from 04.12.2003 to 15th of February 2004.
The

The Board of Directors of JKSRTC has decided to offer
following performance based incentives to its employees to
reward hardworking

In respect of the passenger fleet, cargo fleet and
the maintenance wing, following performance based incentives
shall be offered:
a)
In the event of JKSRTC earning a monthly income of
Rs.6.00 Crores or above with the current fleet or less,
employees may be offered a bonus of 10% of their basic
salary.
b)
Cargo fleet shall be offered 10% bonus if it is able
to earn more Rs.2.00 Crores monthly with the current fleet
composition.
c)
Passenger fleet may be offered bonus of 10% of basic
salary if their earnings exceed 4 Crores in a month.
d)
The maintenance depots which are able to reduce
detention levels less than 10% may also offered 10% bonus on
their basic salary.

Further, the crew will be entitled to
repair charges of
10 n.p per Km provided the vehicles does not
breakdown enroute during
the trip and the vehicle is maintained in clean and
hygienic condition. This order will be on trial basis and
its continuation will be reviewed after three months.
* The JKSRTC
started Pooja and
Shalimar link services from
Railway Station Jammu to Srinagar and exploring possibilities
possibilities
services for other incoming also.
* The Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister, J&K( Chairman
JKSRTC flagged off off
Four new bus services including one Double
Decker Jammu on on
22.12.2003. Jammu to Amritsar bus service via Kathua leave
Jammu at at
6.40 AM. Jammu to Mandi Poonch will start at Jammu to
Machhedi via via
Sukrala Mata will leave Jammu bus stand 5.30 AM. The double
decker double
decker bus service will start plying Amphalla to R.S.Pura.
